2. Data we collect

  • Enquiry & booking forms. When you use our contact, private-event or guest-chef forms, we process the details you provide (such as name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and your message) in order to answer you and handle your request.
  • Server logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, date and time, pages requested) for security and operation of the website.

3. Purposes & legal basis

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, to prepare and manage stays and events, to operate and secure the website, and to meet legal obligations. Processing is based on the performance of (pre-)contractual measures, our legitimate interests, your consent where required, and legal obligations.

4. Cookies & consent

We use essential cookies required for the website to function and to keep it secure. Where optional analytics or marketing cookies are used, they are only set with your consent, collected and managed through our consent tool (Cookiebot). You can review or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer.

5. Third-party services

  • Hosting the website is hosted with cyon GmbH (Switzerland).
  • Spam protection form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Consent management Cookiebot (Usercentrics).
  • Booking engine room reservations are processed by Kross Travel (villabeaulieu.kross.travel), an external booking platform with its own privacy terms.
  • Wine shop the Vinera shop is an external site (vinera.ch) with its own privacy terms.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to information about, correction and deletion of your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, contact allegra@villa-beaulieu.ch.
